I know, I know, I'm not in the first picture, but I'm in the rest and I was standing off to the side for the one I'm not in, so I hope you will all allow me this one rule infraction.
Now that that's out of the way...
As I showed you here, Little Ricky and Ricky gave me a beautiful gift for Mother's Day, so I wanted to make sure Ricky felt as loved and special on his day. (And being competitive I wanted to make sure my gift to him was just as good!) So I called on our good friend, Rachel, who is an amazing photographer. (She took this picture too.) Little Ricky and I met up with her in the park a few weeks ago and she took hundreds (literally!) of great pictures.
In the end I narrowed them down to seven and had them all put in a custom frame...which isn't ready yet. I'll show you the finished product later.
In the meantime, here are the pictures that are a part of Ricky's Father's Day gift. He didn't do the ugly cry (he's such a MAN!), but he liked them a lot. I WIN!
P.S. Check out my latest Chicagonista article on the Showplace Icon Theatre in the South Loop. Drinks AND a movie? Yes, please!
